These terms govern your use of the VijayMantra website and the digital study material you buy from it. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to them.
1. Accounts
You need an account to buy and download material. Keep your password private — you are responsible for activity on your account. Give accurate details when you sign up.
2. What you buy
Products are downloadable PDF files (chapter packs and subject packs). Each listing shows what is included. After successful payment the files are available in your account under My downloads, and you can re-download them while your account is active.
3. Licence and permitted use
Buying a pack gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files for study or teaching. You may:
- use the files for your own preparation;
- if you are a teacher, project the slides in your own classes and share the answer-key PDF with your own students.
You may not resell, re-upload, publicly post or distribute the files, or share your account. All content remains the intellectual property of VijayMantra. Downloads are logged to help detect misuse.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and may change at any time; the price confirmed on WhatsApp when you order is the price you pay. Payments are made by UPI or bank transfer using the details we share on WhatsApp. We never ask for card details, OTPs or your UPI PIN.
5. Refunds
Because the files are digital, refunds are limited to the cases described in our Refund Policy.
6. Accuracy of content
We work hard to keep questions, answers and solutions accurate. If you find an error, tell us and we will correct it. The material is a study aid; we do not guarantee any particular exam result.
7. Suspension
We may suspend accounts that break these terms, for example by sharing or reselling files.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
