This policy explains what personal information VijayMantra collects, why, and how it is protected.
1. Information we collect
- Account details: your name and email address.
- Your password, stored only as a secure one-way hash — we cannot read it.
- Purchases: which packs are unlocked in your account and when.
- Download history: which files you downloaded, when, and the IP address of the request.
- Your WhatsApp number and messages, when you contact us or order on WhatsApp.
2. Payment information
Payments are made directly to us by UPI or bank transfer after you order on WhatsApp. We only keep what we need to confirm your order; we never collect card details, OTPs or UPI PINs, and none are stored on our website.
3. How we use it
- To give you access to the files you purchased.
- To process orders and provide support.
- To prevent fraud and unauthorised sharing of paid files.
4. Cookies and local storage
We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The Test Yourself quiz runs entirely in your browser: your answers and scores are not sent to us or stored.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the site (website and database hosting, file storage, and our email provider for password-reset emails), or when required by law. Payments are made directly to us, so no payment company receives your details from our website.
6. Retention and your choices
We keep your account and purchases while your account is active so you can keep re-downloading them. You can ask us to correct or delete your data at any time by contacting us.
