Refund Policy

Because the files are digital and are delivered as soon as your payment is confirmed, completed purchases are generally non-refundable.

• You paid twice for the same order by mistake.
• Your payment was received but the files were not unlocked or shared and we cannot resolve it.
• A file is corrupted or materially different from its description, and we cannot provide a corrected file.

Contact us within 7 days of purchase on WhatsApp (6378125613) with your registered email and order date. We aim to respond within 2 working days.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks usually take 5–7 working days to credit the amount. Access to the refunded files is removed.
